Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These terms explain how this website and custom orders with Santa Rosa Shells work.
About this website
This website describes the custom laser engraving and coastal decor work offered by Santa Rosa Shells. The information is provided for general reference and may change.
Custom orders
Every order is project-based. Materials, size, layout, pricing and timing are discussed and agreed by email for your specific piece before any work begins.
Photos, video and previews
The photos and video on this website were supplied by Santa Rosa Shells and show examples of its work. They do not mean that every pictured item is in stock or that an exact pictured design can be made again. The wording preview helps you prepare text for an inquiry. It does not simulate engraving or show a finished design. The design and material are agreed separately before work begins.
Content you send
When you send names, wording, logos or artwork for a project, please only send content you have the right to use.
